Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is motivated by meaningful impact in healthcare and brings strong product instincts, customer empathy, technical fluency, proven hands-on experience with AI-enabled product development, and a strong outbound product mindset.

In this role, you will lead key product areas within our customer-facing platform, with a strong focus on web-based experiences, user workflows, and the way clinical and operational insights are surfaced to users.

A major part of this role will be working closely with customers and users: building trusted relationships, deeply understanding their workflows and pain points, identifying opportunities, and validating solutions quickly before development.

You will work at the intersection of clinical needs, user experience, data-driven capabilities, AI-supported workflows, and fast product execution — helping translate complex healthcare and data logic into intuitive, valuable, and scalable product experiences.

You will collaborate closely with clinicians, customers, designers, engineers, data teams, and go-to-market stakeholders to build products that serve patients, empower care teams, and drive real-world clinical and operational value.

Responsibilities

Outbound Product Discovery & Customer Understanding

  • Build close, trusted relationships with customers and users to deeply understand their workflows, needs, pain points, and decision-making context.
  • Lead outbound discovery efforts, including customer conversations, user interviews, workflow analysis, feedback loops, and solution validation.
  • Identify customer problems and product opportunities through direct engagement, behavioral insights, and collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams.
  • Rapidly test and validate potential solutions before development, using prototypes, mockups, experiments, customer feedback, and data.
  • Translate customer insights into clear product priorities, requirements, and execution plans.

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own and drive meaningful product areas within a customer-facing healthcare platform.
  • Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution plans for features and workflows used by clinicians, care teams, and customers.
  • Translate customer needs, clinical workflows, data capabilities, technical constraints, and business priorities into clear product requirements.
  • Balance usability, technical complexity, clinical value, speed of execution, and business impact in product decisions.

Customer-Facing Product Development

  • Lead the development of web-based user experiences, including workflows, dashboards, interfaces, and customer-facing product capabilities.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to create intuitive, effective, and clinically relevant product experiences.
  • Drive features from ideation through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration, using short development cycles and fast learning loops.
  • Ensure that product decisions are grounded in real customer needs and validated before meaningful engineering investment.

Data, Indications & Product Intelligence

  • Work with data, clinical, and engineering teams to understand the data engine that supports indication generation and clinical insights.
  • Help translate data-driven and AI-supported capabilities into clear, actionable product experiences for users.
  • Define how insights, indications, alerts, recommendations, or assisted workflows should be surfaced in a way that is understandable, trustworthy, and useful.
  • Ensure data dependencies, logic, clinical context, and user impact are considered in product requirements.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Clinical, Data, Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders through clear communication, structured thinking, and strong product judgment.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers, customer-facing teams, technical teams, data teams, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with ownership, clarity, and a strong bias toward fast, iterative execution.

Measurement, Adoption & Iteration

  • Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, workflow efficiency, user satisfaction, clinical value, and business impact.
  • Use qualitative feedback, product analytics, customer insights, experimentation, and A/B testing to guide product decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve usability, adoption, automation, intelligence, and value delivery across the product.
  • Continuously iterate based on customer feedback, user behavior, data, and product performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in complex B2B products, preferably in SaaS, HealthTech, digital health, medical devices, or regulated environments.
  • Proven experience leading outbound product discovery, including direct customer engagement, user interviews, workflow analysis, problem discovery, and rapid solution validation.
  • Proven hands-on experience using AI tools and AI-enabled processes to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, validation, execution, and iteration.
  • Experience owning customer-facing product areas, ideally including web platforms, dashboards, workflows, operational systems, or similar product experiences.
  • Strong product sense and ability to translate complex customer, clinical, technical, and business needs into simple, effective product solutions.
  • Technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering teams across frontend, backend, data, and logic-based capabilities.
  • Strong customer orientation and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, create clarity, and align users, CS, Sales, Implementation, Engineering, Design, and Leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical workflows, regulated environments, data-driven products, or fast-paced product environments — strong advantage.

About OneStep

Falls. Chronic pain. Neurological conditions. Heart health. Even cancer. Mobility-related health challenges impact 1 in 4 people. Gait (the way that we move) is one of the strongest indicators of these conditions, yet it is rarely measured in routine care.

OneStep makes real-world gait analysis easy, accessible, and scalable - using just a smartphone. By turning movement into a measurable health signal, we help solve some of healthcare’s biggest problems and improve quality of life for millions.

How it works:

1. Patient just walks with the smartphone in their pocket (actively measured or passively monitored, in real life).

2. Receive objective, clinically validated insights in seconds.

3. Intervene proactively, from anywhere.
