InDrive Money is seeking Senior Product Manager to take charge of the loan management stream in our loan product for drivers. In this role you will own customers journey during since the disbursement of the loan until full repayment or write-off. You will collaborate closely with CRM, Collection and Credit Risk teams to maximize loan repayments and recovery-rates.
InDrive Money is a lending vertical aiming to fund under-banked audiences across inDrive network. Currently operating in six countries and issuing tens of thousands loans monthly and growing. We are using Platform's and alternative data for underwriting as well as transaction-based collection.
• Own loan management process including customer's interfaces, payments, fees and charges
• Continuously improve loan repayments through communication strategies, payment flow optimizations and product mechanics
• Analyze NPL or churn patterns to increase recoveries
• Search for unserved customer's needs and form value propositions for customers with loans
• Improve loan portfolio health through restructuring, payment holidays, loan extensions or top-upds
• Form long-term strategy on customer's management on new markets and audiences
• Collaborate with collection, risks, support, design, finance, legal, DWH, analytics and tech teams
• Collaborate with external providers
• Form product requirements
• Ensure transparent reporting to management
