個別モデルからe－mobility、コネクティビティ等のクロスカーライン機能まで、プロダクトおよびテクノロジーのエキスパートとして、ドイツ本社および社内関連部署をリードしながら、商品戦略立案、新商品の市場導入を推進していただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。
・プロダクトマネジメント、e－Mobility、コネクティビティ各領域のエキスパートとして、全社スケールのプロジェクトを運営管理、推進する。また、車両オ
ーダーシステム、営業、商品企画関連のプロセス管理を行う
・課内プロダクトチームをリードし、市場要件、消費者ニーズ、各モデルの販売状況を踏まえて、新型車・既存モデル育成の企画、導入、効果測定を行
う
・商品導入などの全社プロジェクトにおいて、ドイツ本社、他本部を含む全関連部門の参画を促しつつ、クロ
スファンクショナルチームをリードする
・包括的な新型車導入戦略を策定し、導入プロセスに基づき社内関連部署
との導入計画、スケジュールのすり合わせを行う
・個別商品戦略、クロスカーライン業務（e－mobility、ADAS、インフォテイメ
ントなど）に関し、配下プロダクトマネージャーへのコーチング、レビュー、業務委任を行う
