This company is on a mission to scale existing product lines while exploring new opportunities and leveraging AI to enhance their offerings. As they grow, they are looking for a passionate product manager to join their team and drive impactful outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Own the research, analysis, and recommendations that shape product development and strategy.
- Define success metrics, build dashboards, and track outcomes to ensure accountability across the team.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients, clinicians, and operations to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize and filter requests to ensure focus on high-leverage problems and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to provide clear context on user needs and product direction.
- Use SQL and spreadsheets to analyze data and derive insights that drive product improvements.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance your work and explore innovative applications in product development.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of professional experience, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, comfortable using SQL and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams, balancing assertiveness with humility.
- Deep curiosity about user needs and a commitment to delivering impactful solutions.
- Experience in product management, ideally as a first PM or working on AI/LLM products.
Preferred
- Passion for mental health care and a genuine interest in neurodivergent support solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Figma, and Metabase.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude Code to enhance product development processes.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $210K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional growth and well-being.
