We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative digital solutions, with a strong focus on our personalization and marketing technologies and services. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming business needs into impactful member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the product strategy for BJ's personalization ecosystem to improve member loyalty and build experiences that our members love.

● Translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

● Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.

● Drive AI integration to personalize customer experiences and optimize fulfillment.

● Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.

● Manage stakeholder expectations and influence across all levels of the organization.

● Stay ahead of trends in ad-tech, digital marketing, and eCommerce.

Required Qualifications

● BA/BS in Business, Marketing, eCommerce Fulfillment, or related field.

● 5–7 years of experience in product management, retail, consulting, or related areas.

● Proven experience in ad-tech and/or digital marketing product development.

● Deep understanding of the digital fulfillment ecosystem and online shopper funnel.

● Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.

● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

● Experience with omni-channel eCommerce platforms.

● Familiarity with AI/ML applications in personalization, promotions, and recommendations.

● Background in data-driven product development and A/B testing.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $137,500.00 - $175,500.00
