YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a commercially-savvy and growth-oriented Product Manager to lead the charge on a high-stakes, innovative BtoC product designed for the next generation of content creators. Reporting directly to the VP Product, you won't just be managing a backlog; you will be the primary architect of our product's success and market adoption.

YOUR SCOPE AS PRODUCT MANAGER

Together with the product’s CTO/dev, Product Designer and Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of this new BtoC product, where performance is measured by user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth:

  • Strategic Business Ownership: Pursue Product Market Fit and define the product roadmap blending creative vision with business objectives.

  • Deep Market Discovery: Conduct relentless consumer research and competitive benchmarking to identify untapped opportunities in the creator economy.

  • Monetization & Unit Economics: Shape the pricing strategy and value exchange to ensure long-term profitability and high lifetime value (LTV).

  • PLG & Growth Hacking: Design and optimize seamless onboarding experiences and viral loops that turn creators into our own brand ambassadors.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between engineering and marketing, synchronize with other product & engineering teams to leverage Kolsquare’s data and mutualize features when possible.

  • You are a Business Strategist first: You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2C digital products (mobile apps, marketplaces, or creator tools).

  • You pursue growth relentlessly: You have a proven track record of implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and optimizing conversion funnels.

  • You understand the Creator Economy: You aren't just a user of social media; you understand the business models, pain points, and workflows of influencers and content creators.

  • You are data-driven: You are comfortable diving into Amplitude to analyze user behavior that lead to business breakthroughs.

  • You are a master communicator: You can sell a vision to stakeholders and inspire a team, translating complex market needs into simple, actionable product goals.

  • You are proactive, creative & agile: You thrive in the "zero-to-one" phase where speed, adaptability, and high-impact decision-making are vital.

  • English is second nature: You are fluent in English and capable of working in an international, fast-paced environment.

  • You know how to leverage AI to optimize research and prototype processes, while still aiming for quality output.
