This Senior Product Manager is uniquely positioned at the intersection of product management, business decisions, and data statistics with high leadership visibility. The Product Manager in this role will be working with leadership to make critical strategic decisions and promote data-driven solutions to understand and improve the experiences of our customers at the optimal cost. You will collaborate with feature owners, operations, engineers, leaders and create highly available and scalable descriptive & predictive analytics and insights to drive strategic business decisions. To be successful, you will need to enjoy working with ambiguity, be creative, and have a passion for data modeling and insights. This role requires you to be able to influence senior leaders of all levels- technical and business.
You will empower data driven decision making through implementing principles of data mining, data transformation/ modelling, and analytical skills to define and measure metrics for evaluating the health of the business. In addition to leading analytical tools, you will provide thought leadership for product feature roadmap using insights through newer sets of experiments. The successful candidate will demonstrate business acumen, experience in developing reporting and analytical infrastructures, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent business and communication skills to collaborate with business owners to draw insights to guide key business decisions and future business directions.
