ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the heart of Australia or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the fintech and financial services sector, working on exciting projects that focus on developing and launching innovative payment products, enhancing customer experience, and driving business growth through data-driven product strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization
  
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations and manage key commercial partnerships
  
• Define product vision, value propositions, and pricing strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Drive product development by defining business requirements, workflows, and feature prioritization (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and marketing teams
  
• Ensure products meet regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements across markets
  
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and regional teams
  
• Use data-driven insights to monitor product performance, define KPIs, and continuously optimize outcomes
  
• Identify new product opportunities through market analysis, customer research, and competitive insights

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, or financial services
  
• Strong expertise in payment ecosystems (e.g. cards, wallets, FX, remittances) and regulated environments
  
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products (web and/or mobile)
  
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing external partners and vendors
  
• Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and operational processes in financial services
  
• Solid grasp of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, system design) with the ability to work closely with engineering teams
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global, matrixed organizations
  
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions

It's a hybrid position: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.
