What’s the role?
Westpac is seeking an experienced, customer and results focussed Senior Product Manager to support the Service Owner, Specialised Transactions within the Statutory Trust and Statutory Deposits portfolio. This role is responsible for driving commercial and performance outcomes, delivering the strategic agenda, strengthening product governance, and improving banker and customer outcomes across the portfolio. You will provide end-to-end product ownership, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution to optimise portfolio performance.

  Strong product management capability with the ability to drive commercial outcomes and portfolio performance.
• 
  Strategic thinking combined with practical execution to deliver customer, business and regulatory outcomes.
• 
  Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional and executive teams.
• 
  Sound risk, compliance and governance mindset, with experience managing issues and continuous improvement.
• 
  Ability to lead and contribute to transformation initiatives, working closely with technology and delivery teams.
