Short Description

A SeniorProduct Managerowns and deliversenterprise-grade product features in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders to translate strategicobjectivesinto scalable, secure, and compliant product capabilities that meet the needs ofSyscocustomers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise product features and capabilities from definition through delivery and lifecycle management

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions

  • Partner with Business stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Sales,analytics, Cyber) to align features with strategic objectives

  • Lead requirements discovery and documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

  • Prioritize features and backlog based on enterprise value, risk, regulatory needs, and technical dependencies

  • Act as the primary decision-maker for feature scope, sequencing, and trade-offs

  • Participate in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos

  • Ensure features meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, and operational readiness

  • Define and track feature success metrics, adoption, and business outcomes

  • Communicate progress, dependencies, and risks to senior leadership and governance forums

Requirements

  • At least8years of Product Management experience or Business Analysis experience in an enterprise setting delivering large scale features

  • Aptitude towards understanding technology trends, technicalsolutions,toolsandlimitationsof eCommerce

  • ThoroughpracticalexposureinRequirementManagement,Product Management lifecycleand software deliveryfor large scale solutions

  • Top notch communication skills among with the relevantinterpersonal skills for stakeholder expectations management

Qualifications

  • BSc in Information Technology, ComputerScienceor a relevant field

  • CSPO/PSPO,SAFePOPM/PMor any other relevant qualification on Product Management fundamentals

  • Technology and Project Management related certifications would provide an added advantage
