Job Description

As the Senior Product Manager you will own and continually enhance EveryPlate’s core product offering and customer experience. You will maximise customer satisfaction, loyalty and sustainable revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency and cost discipline.

You will…

  • Define and execute a customer-centric product strategy that deepens choice, convenience and value across the weekly menu.
  • Translate customer insights and data into actionable product improvements, refining recipe variety, quality and personalisation features.
  • Lead cross functional discussions (Culinary, Procurement, Operations, Tech, Marketing) to scope, prioritise and launch product initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Run iterative product experiments (e.g., new menu formats, preference settings, merchandising tactics) and scale successful concepts.
  • Own product performance dashboards and business reviews, turning insights into clear roadmaps and optimisation plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market and merchandising to ensure strong adoption of new features and modules.
  • Embed voice-of-customer loops throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for customer needs in all decisions.

You have…

  • Significant experience (5 yrs) in product strategy, growth, or consulting within FMCG, e-commerce or food-tech environments.
  • Advanced analytical capability (SQL/Excel/Tableau) with a track record of turning complex data into product insight.
  • Deep understanding of pricing, value positioning and low-cost consumer brands.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership, moving initiatives from concept through launch in fast-paced settings.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to align diverse teams around customer-centric outcomes.
