What you'll do here:

  • Define a clear vision and multi-quarter roadmap.

  • Build business cases with lightweight financial models and secure executive buy-in.

  • Translate strategy into clear goals and success metrics and connect features to outcomes.

Discovery and experimentation

  • Lead structured discovery: interviews, process mapping/analysis, and telemetry reviews across diverse personas and journeys.

  • Stand up pilots and proofs-of-concept to validate desirability, feasibility, and compliance; iterate quickly using A/B tests and cohort analysis.

  • Convert qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions, experience designs, and phased rollouts.

Delivery and adoption

  • Partner with various internal teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

  • Drive change management, champion networks, drive role-specific enablement, and manage communications.

Governance, risk, and compliance

  • Collaborate with Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and Model Risk to meet regulatory expectations.

  • Establish and evolve guardrails, usage policies, human-in-the-loop controls, monitoring, and auditability.

  • Drive creation of security and safety patterns with various subject matter experts.

Performance and outcomes

  • Define and track KPIs: productivity lift, task cycle time, adoption/engagement, satisfaction, risk events, and cost-to-serve.

  • Build executive-ready dashboards and narratives that show value realization, identify risks, and inform future investments.

  • Continuously optimize prompts, contexts, and workflows using observability, evaluation frameworks, and real-world feedback.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Align stakeholders across business units, enterprise platforms (M365, Azure, GitHub, Atlassian), and vendor partners; remove blockers and maintain momentum.

  • Influence enterprise roadmaps to enable scalable, secure AI capabilities.

What you bring to the table:

Experience

  • 6+ years in product management with 2+ years owning AI, ML, automation, or data-driven productivity tools in an enterprise environment.

  • Proven success rolling out employee-facing tools at scale: launch planning, training, comms, change management, and sustained adoption.

  • Experience in regulated industries (insurance, banking, healthcare, public sector) strongly preferred.

  • Track record of owning end-to-end product lifecycle with minimal supervision and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Technical skills

  • Working knowledge of GenAI and agentic concepts: LLMs, context/prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration, observability, evaluation, and guardrails.

  • Excellent familiarity with enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), Azure/OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, GitHub, Atlassian; exposure to GCP/AWS and knowledge graphs a plus.

  • Comfort with experimentation and analytics: A/B testing, usage telemetry, cohort analysis; building dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and interpreting them.

Product and people skills

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and crisp communication with executives, technical teams, and front-line employees.

  • Strong discovery and synthesis skills: convert research and metrics into clear PRDs, roadmaps, and trade-off decisions.

  • Outcome orientation: define measurable goals, prioritize for impact, and say “no” thoughtfully.
