Reporting to the Product Management Director, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the product and supporting R&D through the gathering and analysis of insights, development planning, and close coordination with cross-functional teams. The role helps shape product strategy, roadmap execution, and market positioning while ensuring alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery. Occasional travel to customers and internal or external events may be required.
Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with the 3–5 year product vision and 1–2 year strategy.
Translate the roadmap into prioritized development goals in collaboration with R&D.
Define business requirements and acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and approve releases.
Coordinate closely with internal teams including R&D, support, marketing, sales, professional services, and other stakeholders.
Represent business objectives during product design and development decisions.
Gather and assess customer and partner requirements through direct and indirect engagement.
Analyze competitors, industry trends, and market positioning to inform product strategy.
Support product messaging, presentations, and participation in internal or external events.
Assist with customer escalations and participate in discussions with key customers when required.
A higher education degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience in product management or technical sales within cybersecurity, ideally in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Experience managing complex product roadmaps and prioritizing requirements in multinational environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve challenges across teams.
Self-starter attitude with strong energy, ownership, and customer focus.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Industry security or product management certifications are an advantage
