SUPPORT OUR GROWTH PLANS AS OUR NEXT SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

As a Senior Product Manager at Iptor, you will take ownership of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion for our ERP software solution (Iptor Unified Platform) for Distribution, Warehousing and Manufacturing.

You will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment between business goals and customer outcomes while fostering innovation and accountability. This role require a strong sense of accountability, a focus on outcomes over outputs, and a commitment to empowering teams to deliver exceptional value. Product vision & Strategy:

• Develop and communicate a clear, inspiring vision and strategy for growth-focused initiatives.
• Identify and seize opportunities to enhance customer lifecycle value through data insights and market research.

Execution & Delivery:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of impactful features and solutions that accelerate growth metrics, such as user acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute initiatives effectively.

Market & Customer Insights:

• Engage deeply with customers and leverage market research to guide product decisions.
• Continuously monitor competitive trends and industry shifts to inform strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clarity of goals and alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with support and training teams to ensure effective feature adoption and customer satisfaction.

Metrics & Outcomes:

• Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate on solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement a test-and-learn approach to validate hypotheses and optimize results.

YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or ERP solutions.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving growth through data-informed decision-making and customer focus.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  
• Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Familiarity with distribution, warehousing or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
