Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on a project in the Logistics Industry.

You will be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems in the European supply chain and logistics space, focusing on efficiency, regulatory compliance, transparency, and sustainability across EU markets.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience making strategic decisions, proactive in driving initiatives forward, comfortable building products from scratch, and with excellent attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Lead product discovery and delivery for EU-based supply chain and logistics clients.- Define product vision and strategy aligned with European regulatory and operational requirements.- Align product features with EU compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, customs regulations, sustainability initiatives).- Conduct market research and customer interviews across European markets to identify opportunities and validate solutions.- Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure product integrity and successful delivery.- Promote and embed agile and lean product development practices within cross-functional teams.- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring solutions enhance operational efficiency and transparency in supply chain processes.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software environments.- Experience working with European supply chain systems and understanding of EU regulatory frameworks.- Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise and supply chain platforms.- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance day-to-day product management workflows, including research, documentation, analysis, prioritisation, and decision-making.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in distributed environments.- Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.- Results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience working on sustainability-focused supply chain initiatives.- Familiarity with EU customs regulations and cross-border logistics processes.- Experience scaling enterprise platforms across multiple European markets.- Strong cultural awareness and experience working in international teams.- Interest in growing into a Director-level role in the future.
