We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive this vision forward.

This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer value You will own products end-to-end, shape roadmap direction, and translate complex cloud security challenges into scalable, market-leading solutions.

What You Will Do

• Own the entire product lifecycle (E2E) — vision, strategy, business model, roadmap, execution, launch, and adoption.
• Define product strategy aligned with Aqua’s broader cloud-native security platform vision.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and differentiated features.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical tradeoffs, and strategic value.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to deliver high-quality, scalable releases.
• Drive adoption, usage, and measurable customer value.
• Track success metrics and leverage data to inform ongoing product decisions.
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders — including executives — about roadmap, risks, and impact.
• Mentor and guide other product team members.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, delivering software products to market.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage in architectural discussions.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and driving product direction based on feedback.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
• Deep customer empathy and strong listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex environments.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field (MBA – advantage).
