Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of key product initiatives at PetroApp. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, driving execution, and delivering high-impact solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned product areas
- Translate company objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics, driving optimization initiatives
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Mentor and support junior product team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, mobility, SaaS, or digital platforms
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Strong understanding of user experience and customer-centric product development
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
