The Product Manager drives the development and optimization of iGaming digital products by owning feature delivery, roadmap execution, and performance improvements that increase player engagement, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the roadmap for a defined area of the iGaming platform.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and actionable user stories.
• Lead feature development from discovery through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Track and optimize KPIs such as retention, ARPU, conversion rate, and GGR.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, BI, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify product opportunities.
• Prioritize backlog items based on player impact and business value.
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing to improve monetization and engagement.
• Ensure product features meet regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
• Communicate product progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or digital product delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile processes and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to work with data and product metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience in iGaming.

• Knowledge of bonus systems, VIP programs, gamification mechanics.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (AML, KYC, licensing).

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Background in fintech or payments-related product areas.
