Paligo exists to solve this. We are a fast-growing SaaS scale-up (80+ people, 450+ customers across 38 countries) offering an end-to-end Component Content Management System (CCMS). We enable global enterprises to create, manage, and deliver structured content where accuracy and governance are non-negotiable.
Our ambition is to evolve from a documentation platform into the structured content infrastructure that enterprises need to make AI trustworthy. We aren’t just bolting on AI features; we are evolving a mature, enterprise-grade platform to unlock entirely new categories of value. This requires uncommon product judgment.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives on complex systems with real-world consequences. This is not a delivery coordination role. You will help shape the platform’s direction and own problems end-to-end, from discovery through to measurable impact. You will be expected to challenge assumptions, influence decisions across teams, and define what meaningful progress looks like for both our customers and Paligo.

Identify the Right Problems: Deeply understand customer workflows and market dynamics. Translate these insights into clear problem definitions and opportunity spaces.
Set Direction & Make Hard Trade-offs: Define clear outcomes and prioritize decisions that balance immediate customer needs with long-term platform integrity.
Commercial Accountability: Own product-led growth and monetization outcomes (expansion, adoption, retention). Partner with Sales on deal strategy and contribute to pricing/packaging for new capabilities.
Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with Engineering and Design to shape solutions, clarify trade-offs, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Measure & Iterate: Define how we measure success. Track adoption and usage data to refine decisions and improve results over time.
Must-haves:
Senior PM Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, owning a meaningful product area with measurable business impact.
Product Judgment & Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to define ambiguous problems, make independent product decisions, and deliver measurable business impact.
AI Fluency: Hands-on experience prototyping and shipping AI-powered functionality in production environments. Comfortable experimenting with AI tooling and rapid iteration.
Strategic Communication: Ability to define product value for executive buyers (CTO, VP IT, CIO) as well as practitioner users.
Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable navigating Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Nice-to-haves:
Technical Depth: An understanding of how structured data supports retrieval systems (RAG, knowledge graphs, grounding) and enterprise AI use cases.
Familiarity with structured content, knowledge management, or information architecture.
