This is about owning real product decisions, not maintaining a roadmap. At the same time, product work is changing.

AI-assisted work, tighter engineering loops, and faster feedback cycles are reshaping how decisions are made. We expect you to bring experience and evolve how product is practiced. Not through theory. Through execution.

You operate close to product, engineering, and customers. Strategy must translate into delivery and what we build must solve the right problems, now and ahead.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is about ensuring the right problems get solved, in the right way, at the right time.

Strong product management at Azumuta starts with:

• deep customer and domain understanding

• forward-looking product judgment

You must understand how manufacturing execution works today and reason about how it will evolve:

• AI changes how product work is done

• product–engineering loops are tighter

• learning cycles are faster

You are expected to:

• stay close to engineers, designers, and product owners

• use AI and modern tools to increase clarity and speed

• keep what works, discard what doesn’t

You ensure direction and trade-offs remain coherent across teams.

Examples of the product questions you will face:

• AI agents on the shop floor
  What happens when software acts autonomously in planning, execution, and verification?

• Humanoids and advanced robotics
  What changes when the “operator” is no longer human?

• Higher autonomy and variability
  How do we increase flexibility without losing control or traceability?

• Faster feedback loops
  How do we shorten the gap between execution, insight, and improvement?

These are not thought experiments. They influence what we build next and what we deliberately choose not to build.

Your job is to translate shifts like these into concrete product implications and priorities.
