The E+D Growth team is a multi-disciplinary team of 150 people in Dublin, Ireland, spanning Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Scientists, and Designers committed to delivering cross-Microsoft experiences to drive AI adoption and growth with our commercial customers.
Our team’s charter is to ensure hundreds of millions of users at work to discover and love Copilot. We work with many teams across Microsoft, and this role needs someone who is great at working in a large software organization to partner with other app teams to align on priorities and projects. The candidate must ideate and deliver contextually relevant and delightful ways in which IWs can see how AI can change the way they can get core jobs done at a scale that reaches many millions of users with each feature.
