As we expand our leadership in e‑invoicing and global compliance, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in driving our Compliance Strategy forward. In this role, you will shape the commercial success, clarity, and adoption of Basware’s compliance services—ensuring our capabilities translate into clear value for customers and strong business impact.

In this role, you'll translate complex technical compliance capabilities into compelling customer value—and ensure customers, stakeholders, and internal teams clearly understand the benefits and business impact of Basware’s compliance offering. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, market, and customer value creation.

What You'll Do

• Own and continuously evolve Basware Compliance Services’ documentation, positioning, and enablement materials for customer‑facing teams
• Lead customer communication, education, and engagement related to compliance services
• Take ownership of compliance services across our portfolio—driving clarity, adoption, and growth
• Drive outcomes by influencing and aligning multiple teams in a matrix organization As the compliance offering spans capabilities across the Basware product portfolio rather than a single product, success depends on strong cross‑functional collaboration.
• Drive go‑to‑market and commercialization activities, ensuring customer value is consistently delivered and communicated
• Partner closely with Product Management and R&D on roadmap alignment and technical delivery, and with the Compliance Team to understand regulatory requirements and ensure that solution designs fully meet compliance expectations. Keep the Compliance Team continuously informed of product designs and solution approaches as they evolve. At the same time, focus your own efforts on business impact, deep customer understanding, and strategic enablement.

What We’re Looking For

Foundational knowledge in:

• Invoice lifecycle management
• E‑invoicing and tax compliance
• Country‑specific e‑invoicing mandates
• Common e‑invoice formats and semantic invoice models

Experience in:

• Technical or product documentation
• Customer‑facing communication and stakeholder engagement
• Training, enablement, or change management
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear, value‑driven messaging for diverse audiences

You thrive in roles that blend product strategy, communication, and customer value. You enjoy turning complexity into clarity and creating strong alignment across teams to drive meaningful outcomes for customers.

Experience with AI tools, frameworks or applications is considered a strong asset. We highly value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset and a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven technologies into their work.
