The Azure Core Resiliency team delivers platform capabilities and experiences that guarantee predictable recovery across zonal/region failures and ransomware scenarios, spanning Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and emerging resiliency experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape and drive the strategy, vision, and execution for critical Azure Resiliency capabilities that keep our customers’ mission-critical workloads running—every day, everywhere.
Azure Core builds the foundational substrate for Azure across compute, storage, networking, management, and resilience. Teams focus on platform quality, availability, capacity, efficiency, and customer-facing control planes that are highly reliable and scalable. Resiliency delivers end-to-end protection and recovery for IaaS, databases, and cloud-native services, with investments and roadmaps covering backup, site recovery, cross-region/zonal resiliency, ransomware recovery, and at-scale management. The team partners across Azure services and with field/customer teams to raise the resiliency baseline and provide single-pane management experiences.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for major areas within the Azure Resiliency customer problem space. You will engage with cross-functional teams to define and deliver resilient, compliant, and innovative experiences, influencing both product direction and organisational culture. You will be responsible for enabling direction setting, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of high-impact solutions that meet customer and regulatory needs at scale.
