Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the Food Delivery experience end-to-end within our SuperApp ecosystem, from discovery to post-delivery, collaborating closely with vertical and platform leads. You will define product strategy, build new capabilities from scratch, and translate operational constraints into customer-centric product decisions while aligning multiple stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product direction within a defined Food Delivery scope, collaborating with SuperApp and vertical leads on broader ecosystem strategy while driving the customer-facing experience end-to-end (discovery, ordering, checkout, delivery tracking, post-delivery experience)
• Define and drive the Food Delivery product stream strategy within the agreed domain scope
• Identify and collaborate on cross-vertical opportunities across the ecosystem (couriers, taxi, ads, grocery, etc.)
• Build new product capabilities from scratch - from problem framing and MVP to scaling
• Translate operational constraints into clear product decisions that improve customer experience
• Act as a product leader in an emerging new vertical within a complex environment: set direction and priorities, make trade-offs, align multiple stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 4+ years of product experience in Food Delivery, Darkstores or Marketplace environments
• Proven ownership of customer-facing products with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of food delivery mechanics: customer funnel, delivery time drivers, cancellations, availability, reliability, basic operational economics
• Strategic thinker with the ability to: define long-term direction (12–24 months), focus on a few high-impact bets, balance growth, quality, and scalabilit
• Builder mindset: comfortable creating products and streams from zero able to operate without heavy structure
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented: strong with metrics, experiments and decision-making under uncertainty
• Strong cross-functional leader: able to align product, tech, ops, business and other vertical owners
