We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, execution, and delivery within our asset management product portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product vision, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-impact initiatives deliver measurable value.
The Senior Product Manager will play a leading role in active, high-priority projects, driving outcomes from discovery through delivery while ensuring product direction reflects client needs, organizational priorities, and long-term strategic objectives
In addition, the Senior Product Manager will provide leadership and mentorship to the broader Product team, supporting their development, reinforcing product discipline, and fostering a high-performing, outcome-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with company goals for modularization and platformization.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on market demand, and business objectives.
- Work with the Director of Product Management to define product vision, goals, and opportunities.
Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with the architecture team to design and implement current and next-generation architectures that enhance product scalability and performance.
- Lead the transition from siloed products to modular, reusable components and services, ensuring integration and interoperability.
- Serve as a technical liaison between product management and engineering, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Product Development:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Develop comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories that reflect modular design principles.
- Employ Agile methodologies to manage development progress, ensuring timely and quality delivery of product features.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with various stakeholders, including Development Managers, Delivery Managers, Scrum Teams, Architects, and Business Analysts, to ensure product alignment and success.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and architectural changes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders on active implementation and development projects, ensuring shared understanding, clear expectations, and coordinated execution.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 8+ years of total experience in software development, implementation, or product management within the infrastructure asset management domain.
- 3+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Development Lead, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Sales Lead/Manager) with a proven ability to ensure work translates into real client and business value.
- Strong background in working with software architectural and engineering teams to implement complex technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/Monday.com).
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of software development processes and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, service-oriented architecture).
- Ability to read and understand code.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure).
- Ability to comprehend and discuss technical concepts and trade-offs, and evaluate new technologies.
- Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Lucid).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range: CAD $110,000- CAD $130,000.
