Responsibilities

• Define vision and execute the roadmap for intelligent AI experiences across Microsoft 365, focusing on AI-native workflows that amplify human capabilities rather than simply automating existing tasks.
• Establish new interaction paradigms for human-AI collaboration in productivity scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineering, design and partner teams to build and ship AI experiences at scale that are responsive, contextual, and deeply integrated into user workflows

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Solid product intuition with a user-first and business mindset.
• Scientific, i.e., hypothesis, experimentation and evidence driven. Expert at defining success metrics, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions.
• Excellent communicator who can influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Solid technical fluency in system design, APIs, data flows, and MLOps enough to partner effectively with research and engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years product management shipping 0 to 1 and V1 products at scale.
• Experience with building AI-first experiences for millions of users.
• Familiarity of Microsoft AI and data platforms including Azure Foundry, Microsoft Graph, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and privacy constraints.
