Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Nimble’s core platform - a highly strategic product area at the heart of the company.

This role owns the long-term vision and day-to-day execution of the platform that powers multiple teams and customer-facing capabilities.

This is a high-impact leadership role with significant influence across Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Nimble’s core platform, aligning it with company goals and long-term vision
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans, driving initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and other PMs to build scalable, reliable platform capabilities
• Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with strong prioritization and trade-off decision-making
• Define and track success metrics, using data to guide decisions and continuously improve outcomes
• Clearly communicate product direction and progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural and product thinking in a fast-moving startup environment

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally owning complex or platform products
• Proven ability to craft product strategy, communicate it effectively, and lead it all the way to execution
• Experience building and scaling an enterprise-grade platform, with an understanding of reliability, security, and scalability needs
• Experience leading products for developers - able to deeply understand developer needs, craft compelling value for them, and build intuitive, scalable platform capabilities they want to adopt
• UI/UX sensibility - able to partner with design and engineering to ensure usability and clarity, even in highly technical or developer-focused products
• Strong data-driven mindset - comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing data, and using insights to make decisions
• Experience thriving in a startup and high-growth environments: adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Solid technical understanding - able to work closely with engineers, understand system design trade-offs, and make informed product decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ownership mentality with a bias toward impact and outcomes
