Job Description

The Senior Product Manager for EverC, now part of G2 Risk Solutions (G2RS) Merchant Risk Solutions (MRS) will lead the execution of EverC and G2RS’ MRS strategy and roadmap for some of the core products across the global portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing customer and market needs, and delivering innovative solutions that drive adoption, performance, and growth.

G2RS is here to keep e-commerce and merchant portfolios safe from illicit products and services. We work with the world’s leading FinTech players and global marketplaces to unlock new business opportunities by highlighting the legitimate activity on their platforms and ensuring a swift and effective removal of bad actors. We build AI-powered solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling customers to manage risk, spot emerging trends, and respond quickly through a single unified experience.

Our product team consists of passionate people working together, inspiring each other, and empowering everyone around to succeed and grow. As a key product leader, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Operations to translate business requirements into actionable features and experiences. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to collect insights, validate proposed solutions, and maintain the market-leading standards of MRS products in risk detection, monitoring, and management.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is comfortable owning a complex product suite end-to-end. You will apply strong analytical skills to evaluate performance, assess market trends, and inform prioritization. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of product strategy and roadmap for the core merchant risk solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals, market needs, and customer feedback.
  • Apply AI-first thinking both in product development and daily workflows, incorporating responsible AI capabilities into the roadmap while using AI tools to accelerate research, requirements development, customer insights synthesis, and execution.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities, validate product direction, and drive continuous innovation within the portfolio.
  • Engage directly with key customers to understand use cases, gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit.

· Champion a data-driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and product decisions.

  • Define and prioritize features, writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering and Data Science partners.
  • Leverage Jira to manage product backlogs, track development progress, and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to guide development, ensure delivery milestones are met, and remove roadblocks throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data, AI/ML, and/or Fintech.

  • Fintech, payments, and/or e-commerce risk and compliance experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day product work (e.g., Copilot, generative AI assistants) and experience collaborating with Data Science to translate business problems into practical, ethical AI-enabled product solutions.‑enabled product solutions.

  • Comfortable engaging with customers and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build strong relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, computer science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
