Senior Product Manager

Join our vibrant Marketplace Efficiency product team to drive Incentives product. Our product cluster focuses on ensuring long term balance of the marketplace. And Incentives product is at the intercept of driver motivation and customer campaigning

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously building long term product vision and bringing it to life
• Collaborating closely with analytics team to put together a complex system that allows to incentivize drivers and riders throughout the world
• Working together with business operation and marketing teams in defining a landscape of our toolkit of campaigns and subsidies
• Lead continuous discovery of needs and motivations of ride hailing marketplace participants and finding ways to build tools that will allow them to get the best of our product
• Leading tech and analytics heavy product team through this challenge

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3 years of management complex analytical products
• Close experience with in designing and building ML and AI systems from scratch
• Understanding of campaigning in different industries with emphasis on marketplaces
• Proven record of launching features and products that transform organizational workflows
• Technical (computer science, physics and mathematics) educational background is a strong plus
• Fluency in english is a must
