Senior Product Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and integration of AI-driven, innovative solutions into our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) and platform systems. This role is pivotal in transforming healthcare workflows, improving interoperability, and enhancing patient care through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a person with a deep understanding of EHR functions, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and inter-organizational systems and dependencies.

What You Will Do:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Execute the product vision and roadmap for integrating AI into EHR systems and infrastructure platforms.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria for development tasks
  • Conduct user discovery to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities and healthcare industry standards.

AI Integration & EHR Development

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI features such as predictive analytics, clinical decision support, and automated documentation.
  • Leverage interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR to ensure seamless integration with legacy EHRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
  • Optimize workflows by incorporating AI capabilities such as natural language processing and machine learning for personalized care.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with clinicians, development teams, and external partners to gather requirements and ensure product adoption.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams during product development cycles.

Performance & Compliance

  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.

What You Will Bring:

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare IT or AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
  • Ability to learn quickly, with a technical focus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in agile ways of working and sprint delivery cycles
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, medical coding systems, and clinical operations.
