We are on the lookout for an ambitious and driven senior product manager to join a growing team.

Senior Product managers are the CEO of the product they manage, leading teams of engineers, data scientists, growth hackers, designers (and other roles). They are responsible for every aspect of the product including user research, UX/UI design, engineering, quality, data analytics, marketing, and growth.

Essential criteria:

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in product management roles with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience leading product discovery, creating product vision, and contributing to the overall product strategy & roadmap in support of company wide goals and objectives
• Proven experience managing a high performing team in a software product (preferably web-based)
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create high quality wireframes and mockups
• Clear and demonstrated ability to grow and market a product
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, including modern web architecture
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and ability to analyse complex enterprise data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives.
• Proven track record of developing comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions.
• Expert knowledge of agile development processes and methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the product team to define and execute the enterprise product vision and build comprehensive strategic product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Establishing and driving objectives and key results (OKRs) for the enterprise product organization.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality enterprise features and products within strategic timelines.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Driving product strategy meetings with executive leadership and board members.
• Leading market research and competitive analysis to inform enterprise product positioning.
• Managing product launches and go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions.
