Noma Security is redefining how organizations safely adopt AI-building the trust layer for the era of intelligent systems.

As we scale our Data & AI Lifecycle Security platform and expand deeper into model-driven security intelligence, we are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, execution, and customer impact of core product capabilities.

You will define and drive the roadmap that helps organizations secure their AI systems end-to-end from data flows, to model governance, to AI usage in production. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, guide cross-functional execution, and ensure customers realize business value quickly and consistently.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and GTM teams to build a category-defining AI Security platform.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for core AI security workflows.
• Translate market insights, customer feedback, and company goals into clear product direction.
• Lead End-to-End Product Execution
• Write crisp PRDs, use cases, and UX flows that bring clarity to complex technical problems.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship features rapidly and iteratively.
• Partner with Customers
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand risks, workflows, and success criteria.
• Lead evaluations, POCs, and adoption programs to ensure customer value realization.
• Enable AI Security Outcomes
• Drive the development of capabilities across data protection, AI governance, observability, and secure AI operations.
• Align product decisions with emerging standards, compliance requirements, and threat models.
• Collaborate with GTM teams on packaging, messaging, and enablement.
• Communicate roadmap, timelines, and impact to internal and external stakeholders.

✅ What you bring:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise platforms.
• Technical background in software engineering, data engineering, or another highly technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex products from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of security challenges, compliance requirements, or data governance.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and manage evaluations/POCs.
• Excellent communication skills visual, verbal, and written with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to get things done in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in early-stage, product-led startups.
• Background in ML/AI systems, AI observability, or model governance.
• Experience building internal platforms or developer-facing tools.
• Familiarity with LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, or multi-model orchestration.
