The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own discovery through the delivery of high-impact solutions. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross-functionally to shape our roadmap and ship features customers love. This role spans both outbound (market/customer) and inbound (execution/delivery) product management.

Big advantages: Experience building AI/GenAI products (e.g., LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, conversational AI).

Strong plus: Technical background or prior software development experience.

Must: Keep up with rapid AI innovation and translate it into practical product value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery with customers: uncover pains, validate solutions, and define success metrics.
  • Own the product roadmap; align priorities with company goals and customer needs.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and specs that enable fast, high-quality execution.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM to deliver features end-to-end—from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders; manage trade-offs and timelines.
  • Track emerging AI/GenAI capabilities and industry shifts; recommend build/buy/partner options.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, with strong outbound and inbound experience.
  • Proven success in B2B2C and SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated skill in writing PRDs, user stories, and building coherent roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with enterprise customers.
  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable with metrics, experiments, and dashboards.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience with Agile practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Domain familiarity with customer communication platforms or related technologies.

Nice to Have (Big Advantages)

  • Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI products (LLMs, AI agents, conversational AI, retrieval/RAG, prompt strategies, evaluation).
  • Technical background (e.g., CS/Engineering degree or prior engineering role) enabling effective partnership with developers.
  • Habit of staying current with AI trends and rapidly incorporating relevant innovations into the roadmap.
