Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS and B2B2C environment. Experience with AI-powered products is highly desirable.
- Customer Focus: A strong understanding of user needs and the ability to balance diverse stakeholder priorities.
- Strong Execution Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines with a hands-on approach.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product ideas, challenges, and solutions.
- Data Mindset: Ability to leverage data for decision-making, creating measurable product outcomes. Experience working on data-driven products is a plus.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data systems. You don’t need to code but must grasp technical concepts and challenge solutions.
- Agile Proficiency: Solid experience in Agile methodologies and iterative development.
What you'll do
- User-Centric Product Management: Lead the discovery and delivery of a product domain that creates measurable value for both business partners and their end-customers. Align initiatives with partner and customer goals while elevating the guest experience. Translate real user needs into scalable and impactful product outcomes.
- Collaborate Closely with Sales, Management & R&D: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and the engineering team to define solutions and product vision. Bridge the gap between business and development by influencing priorities, refining requirements, and supporting an agile delivery process.
- Technical Experience: Own and execute end-to-end initiatives involving third-party systems such as PSPs, CRMs, PMSs, or messaging APIs. Ensure reliable data exchange, strong technical compatibility, and scalable architecture across integrations and backend components.
- Stakeholder Communication: Gather, validate, and align requirements from cross-functional teams. Translate business objectives into actionable product opportunities and plans, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and shared understanding across all stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization while continuously validating outcomes with quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback. Define measurable KPIs, analyze behavioral and operational usage patterns, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
