Your new role
The role will commence in February, and it is a 12-month maternity leave position. As a Senior Product Manager - Consumer at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Lead development and execution of consumer and patient strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging market research, consumer insights, product and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and measure/improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with HCP marketing to align overarching brand strategy and tactics, and localise global creative and messaging for a consistent, locally relevant approach.
  • Oversee execution of paid campaigns, website content, and campaign messaging to drive awareness and engagement, delivering integrated above- and below-the-line activities.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and partner with business development and pharmacy teams to advance consumer and patient initiatives and opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage budget
  • Map the consumer journey to prioritise actions and support performance management

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 8+ years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and proven success in product management including launches or major repositioning.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven marketing skills with ability to generate consumer insights and translate them into impactful creative and digital campaigns.
  • Solid project management experience managing agencies, budgets, expenses, and delivering executional plans, plus experience working creatively within regulated environments.
  • Superior written/verbal communication and presentation skills, exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, and high agility in fast-changing settings.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
