Optimove is redefining the customer relationship management landscape, and we’re building the next-generation infrastructure that will power the future of our Customer Data Platform. We are looking for a highly technical Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Product team and lead a strategic initiative at the core of Optimove’s evolution.

In this mission-critical role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new real-time data and infrastructure layer that underpins the entire Optimove platform. You’ll work within an incubator-style innovation team, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, data, and GTM teams to build scalable, reliable, low-latency systems that enable advanced customer data processing and activation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for Optimove’s next-generation real-time data infrastructure.
  • Own problem discovery, requirements definition, and roadmap development for complex backend and data engineering capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to design high-scale, distributed, event-driven systems.
  • Translate customer, market, and internal needs into clear technical requirements and KPIs.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure delivery of high-quality, high-performance infrastructure components.
  • Champion technical excellence, data quality, and system performance throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Continuously analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions in the CDP, data infrastructure, and real-time analytics domains.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B Product Management experience, ideally within SaaS, data platforms, CDPs, or infrastructure products
  • Strong technical background—comfortable working with engineering on topics such as event streaming, real-time processing, distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Demonstrated success building complex backend or platform-level products, not just user-facing features.
  • Exceptional Product Discovery skills and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, validated product directions.
  • Experience collaborating with senior engineering stakeholders and contributing to high-level architectural decisions.
  • A passion for system-level thinking, scalability, and reliability.
  • Self-driven, curious, and highly motivated to solve deep customer and platform challenges.
