Job Description

XM Cyber is a global leader in hybrid cloud security. XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premise and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

As a senior product manager on the Enterprise and platform team at XM Cyber, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of security features from end-to-end. Among other things, your position will involve the following:

• Define feature specifications based on familiarity with market, customer needs, and technical considerations
• Maintain and prioritize development backlog
• Communication with customers, aggregating feedback and promoting new features
• Work with UX designers, engineers and security experts to design and deliver product features
• Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, marketing, etc.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Work on both inbound and outbound aspects of the product.

Requirements

• Product management: 5+ years of experience, proven track record of delivering software products to market
• Security: deep level of experience in industry (product management, research, or security role)
• R&D background: ability to engage in conversations with development teams regarding architecture and software design
• Collaboration oriented: experience speaking with customers and other stakeholders
• Communications: excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
