LayerX is seeking an innovative cybersecurity senior product manager who will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing new features for our Security platform.

LayerX is seeking an innovative cybersecurity product manager who will be responsible for defining, planning and executing new features for our Security platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for LayerX’s browser security platform
• Engage with CISOs, and security teams to understand their web security challenges and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Leverage data-driven insights from product engagement, customer feedback, and key metrics to enhance usability, adoption, and retention.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring continuous alignment with company strategy and user needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful, high-quality products.
• Define, prioritize, and refine product features, maintain a well-structured backlog, and ensure efficient execution.
• Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating product value to internal teams, customers, and the market to drive adoption and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity products
• Proven experience in Network security or AI security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges
• Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
