Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join Rise’s product team and manage our advertising delivery systems. The ideal candidate exhibits high expertise in managing the whole lifecycle of products and high competence in B2B SaaS platforms. Responsibilities

• Manage complicated products and infrastructure in terms of functionality, data integrity, and performance optimization
• Lead the entire product lifecycle and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives.
• Identify opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Solve business problems and provide clear, data-driven, and analytically-supported solutions.
• Monitor progress of initiatives through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities and keeping stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or technical product management
• Effectively leading complex projects that span multiple organizations and technical teams.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Demonstrated interest and experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends (e.g., yield management, platform optimization).
• Experience in working with or managing products that utilize relevant AI/Machine Learning tools or models (e.g., predictive analytics, bidding optimization models).
• Fast learner with Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with a cross-functional team in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Solid track record of product management experience and demonstrated success in bringing to market commercially viable products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew
