主要岗位职责:

产品管理体系与架构设计

• 基于蔡司光学中国区眼健康生态多元化业务战略，定义跨品类、跨业务线的产品管理总体架构，明确总部产品管理职能与各业务线产品管理职能的角色边界、协作机制和决策接口。
• 基于总部标准，建立统一的产品管理语言、标准、方法论和工具包，覆盖消费品、医疗器械、时尚运动等不同品类，并确保兼顾全球标准与中国市场本地化需求。
• 牵引产品组合管理、产品路线图、品类策略、产品价值主张和优先级排序机制建设，提升公司在多业务组合下的资源配置和产品决策质量。

产品全生命周期流程与交付标准

• 搭建并持续迭代中国区产品全生命周期管理流程，覆盖产品洞察、立项、商业论证、开发导入、上市准备、上市管理、迭代优化、退市及复盘等关键环节。
• 定义各关键节点的标准输入、决策门、交付物、RACI及质量要求，推动产品、市场、销售、医学/专业事务、注册法规、质量、供应链、数字化及财务等团队协同运作。
• 沉淀产品管理SOP、模板、评审机制和知识库，形成可复制、可审计、可持续优化的产品管理体系。

产品治理与决策机制

• 设计并实施中国区产品管理治理机制，包括产品立项评审、组合评审、上市评审、变更评审、退市决策及跨业务线优先级协调机制。
• 在授权范围内对关键产品管理节点行使治理和把关职责，确保产品决策符合公司战略、商业价值、合规要求、质量标准和资源投入原则。

产品管理人才发展与组织赋能

• 设计中国区产品管理职能的人才发展体系，包括能力模型、任职标准、职业发展路径、培训课程、实践项目、评估机制及人才盘点输入。
• 为各业务线产品管理人员提供方法论赋能、工具培训、项目辅导和专业评估，帮助公司建立可持续的产品管理人才梯队。

Key Responsibilities

Product Management System & Architecture Design

• Define the overall product management architecture across categories and business lines based on China’s diversified eye health ecosystem strategy, clarifying the role boundaries, collaboration mechanisms and decision interfaces between headquarters product management and business-line product management functions.
• Based on the global standards, establish a common product management language, standards, methodology and toolkits across consumer goods, medical devices, fashion/sports and other categories, ensuring both global consistency and local relevance for the China market.
• Drive portfolio management, product roadmap, category strategy, value proposition and prioritization mechanisms to improve resource allocation and product decision quality across a diversified business portfolio.

Product Lifecycle Process & Deliverable Standards

• Build and continuously iterate China’s end-to-end product lifecycle management process, covering insight generation, product initiation, business case, development introduction, launch readiness, launch management, iteration, delisting and post-launch review.
• Define standard inputs, decision gates, deliverables, RACI and quality requirements for key milestones, enabling effective collaboration among product, marketing, sales, medical/professional affairs, regulatory, quality, supply chain, digital and finance teams.
• Develop product management SOPs, templates, review mechanisms and knowledge bases to create a replicable, auditable and continuously improving product management system.

Product Governance & Decision Mechanism

• Design and implement China product governance mechanisms, including product initiation review, portfolio review, launch review, change review, delisting decisions and cross-business prioritization alignment.
• Exercise governance and gatekeeping responsibilities within the authorized scope at key product management milestones, ensuring product decisions are aligned with company strategy, business value, compliance requirements, quality standards and resource principles.

Product Management Talent Development & Organizational Enablement

• Design the talent development framework for China product management functions, including competency model, role standards, career paths, training curriculum, practice projects, assessment mechanisms and talent review inputs.
• Provide methodology enablement, tool training, project coaching and professional assessment for product management talents across business lines, helping the company build a sustainable product management talent pipeline.

Education / 教育背景

• 本科及以上学历，产品管理、工商管理、市场营销、医学/视光学、生物医学工程、工业设计或相关专业优先；
• 硕士学历、MBA优先。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Medical/Optometry, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Design or related disciplines is preferred.
• Master degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience / 经验

• 10年以上产品管理、产品组合管理、产品战略或产品运营经验，具备跨品类/跨业务线产品管理体系建设经验；有消费品、医疗器械、眼健康、光学、时尚运动或相关行业经验者优先。
• 熟悉产品全生命周期管理，能够定义产品立项、组合规划、商业论证、开发导入、上市管理、迭代优化、退市及复盘等关键流程、标准和交付物。
• 具备总部型、平台型或COE型产品管理经验，能够在多业务线、多品类、多利益相关方环境下建立统一方法论、治理机制和协作标准。
• 具备商业化思维和消费者洞察能力，理解从单一镜片/设备业务向眼健康生态多元化业务转型所需的产品组合、价值主张、GTM协同及生态伙伴管理逻辑。
• 具备体系化搭建、流程治理和组织赋能能力，能够推动标准落地、权限机制执行和产品管理人才发展体系建设。
• 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, product strategy or product operations, with proven experience in building product management systems across categories and business lines; experience in consumer goods, medical devices, eye health, optics, fashion/sports or related industries is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product initiation, portfolio planning, business case, development introduction, launch management, iteration, delisting and post-launch review.
• Experience in a headquarters, platform or COE role, with the ability to establish common methodology, governance mechanisms and collaboration standards across multiple business lines and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and consumer insight, with the ability to translate the shift from a single lens/equipment business to a diversified eye health ecosystem into portfolio strategy, value propositions, GTM alignment and ecosystem partnership logic.
• Strong capability in system building, process governance and organizational enablement, with proven ability to implement standards, governance authority and product management talent development frameworks.
