Job Description

Job Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Management Engineer to join our team in Neihu. In this pivotal role, you will lead the product development, management, and go-to-market strategy for our Industrial HMI (Human-Machine Interface) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Leadership Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to global market launch.
  • Market Insight Conduct thorough research to identify the needs, preferences, and pain points of industrial users.
  • NPI & Development Management Collaborate closely with engineering and validation teams to ensure timely product development and high-quality standards.
  • Customer Demand Orchestration Act as the primary interface for global customer inquiries, managing NPI requirements and product launch processes to meet specific market needs.
  • Go-to-Market Execution Develop and execute comprehensive plans including pricing, marketing, sales enablement, and global support strategies.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience Proven track record in product management, specifically within the industrial technology sector focusing on HMIs or PC Systems.
  • Process Expertise Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with the New Product Introduction (NPI) Process
  • Technical Acumen Ability to understand and articulate complex industrial systems and technical user requirements.
  • Leadership & Collaboration Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Global Communication Fluency in English is required for effective communication with our global partners and customers.
