We are looking for a Senior Associate, Product Management based in Bangalore to drive the adoption, functional lifecycle, and business value realization of enterprise Generative AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Anthropic Claude, across the organization. This role will partner closely with IT, technical support, business stakeholders, and vendor teams to enhance platform usage, integrations, and user enablement while ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards. The individual will act as the voice of the user, managing enhancement backlogs, leading change management initiatives, and fostering a strong internal AI practitioner community. Success in this role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a passion for enabling safe and effective AI adoption at scale.
About the Team: The role sits within the central IT organization, focused on enabling enterprise-wide innovation through Generative AI technologies. The team collaborates cross-functionally with technical support, engineering, security, compliance, and business leaders to maximize the value of AI platforms across the organization. The group is responsible for driving adoption, operational excellence, and responsible AI practices while ensuring alignment with healthcare regulatory standards. This is a highly collaborative and fast-evolving environment that combines technology enablement, user engagement, and strategic vendor partnerships.
