As the pace of the global consumer is rapidly changing all around the world, the Converse RPC looks to create inspiring products closer to the consumer. Deepening consumer connection and operating with speed, the GC (Greater China) RPC team aims to serve consumers with speed and specificity, with a focus.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a strategic, consumer-obsessed, and results-oriented Senior, Product Line Manager to drive Converse FTW product strategy including adults and kids for the Greater China (GC) marketplace. This role is pivotal in accelerating product creation timelines and delivering inspiring, locally relevant FTW that resonates deeply with GC consumers.

You bring a sharp eye for product, a pulse on style and trend, and a deep understanding of FTW franchise management, color, graphics, materials, and trims. You are passionate about storytelling through FTW and know how to translate cultural insights and consumer behaviors into compelling product briefs and assortments.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Product Line Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute seasonal product briefs aligned with Converse brand vision and GC business goals.
  • Lead the product creation process from concept to commercialization, ensuring consumer relevance and business impact.
  • Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development to deliver compelling, trend-right assortments.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, sell-through data and retail feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to drive innovation and differentiation in the GC market.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with global and GC teams to ensure alignment and integration of GC-specific needs into global product strategies.
  • Influence and guide internal stakeholders through clear communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, Brand teammates and Channel teammates to create industry leading footwear with compelling & impactful stories.

WHAT YOU BRING

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FTW product management, merchandising, or category strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate consumer insights into innovative and commercially successful product solutions.
  • Deep understanding of FTW creation, product storytelling, and trend forecasting.
  • Exceptional product eye and style sensibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
  • Passion for sport, innovation, and the Converse brand.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
