About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Generalist to join a high-velocity, high-impact team working at the forefront of preventative healthcare. You'll work directly with the founder to identify, prototype, and ship new product bets shaping the future of healthcare innovation from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in building new products that solve meaningful problems. You'll operate in a lean, agile team with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a tight squad (yourself + 13 engineers) to explore and launch new initiatives
• Lead product discovery through user interviews, market research, and idea generation
• Own detailed product specifications, including business logic, edge cases, and success metrics
• Collaborate closely with engineering to build, iterate, and deliver high-quality features
• Prototype in Figma to quickly validate concepts and communicate vision
• Run analysis on product usage and user behaviour to drive data-informed decisions
• Engage directly with users to gather insights, test hypotheses, and build lasting relationships
• Ruthlessly prioritise and maintain momentum on high-impact projects
• Act as a force multiplier in the team, elevating speed, clarity, and ambition across the board

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product roles, ideally within small teams or early-stage startups
• Strong academic background (2:1 or higher from a top university)
• End-to-end product ownership experience across the full lifecycle
• Analytical mindset comfortable breaking down complex problems and writing SQL queries
• Creative and resourceful, you bring ideas to life visually in tools like Figma
• Confident engaging with users and credible when collaborating with engineers
• Operate with urgency and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong sense of ownership, hardworking, and not afraid to dive into ambiguity or messiness

Desirable Experience

• Worked on products for the NHS or within clinical/healthcare environments
• Experience mentoring or managing product team members
• Been a founder or aspire to be one
