We're seeking a Senior Product Engineer who uses AI as a core part of their engineering workflow. You'll leverage modern AI tools to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards for architecture, reliability, security, and maintainability. We believe exceptional engineers can create outsized business impact when empowered by modern AI tools, and we're building around that philosophy.
As an individual contributor on our distributed team, you'll independently identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver systems from concept to production. You'll work across the full lifecycle of software development—including discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing iteration—while collaborating closely with engineers, business stakeholders, and operational teams throughout the organization.
Success in this role is measured by business impact, speed of execution, quality of solutions, and the ability to independently identify and deliver high-value opportunities. Experience with PHP, Python, TypeScript, Laravel, Astro, AWS, Cloudflare, MySQL, Datadog, PostHog, LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG architectures, agent frameworks, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, or orchestration is helpful, but exact technology matches are not required. This role is best suited for someone who brings high ownership, strong product thinking, sound engineering judgment, and a practical approach to using AI to increase the quality and speed of their work.

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
