Senior Product Engineer

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary team in developing, testing, and analyzing product integration solutions. This role ensures high-quality products are delivered in alignment with our operational strategy and customer demands.

Key tasks:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to investigate and resolve production faults, quality issues, and process inefficiencies.
• Act as the technical authority for root cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term preventive strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement structured fault-finding methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, FMEA) to tackle recurring and high-impact problems.
• Own the escalation process for critical production issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Drive data-informed decision-making using production metrics, failure reports, and diagnostic tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Document findings and solutions to build a robust knowledge base and improve future product iterations.

Your profile

• Technical higher education
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
• Very good English
• Organised, independent, and able to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
• Energy, enthusiasm, and an ability to get work done
• Commitment to quality and on-time delivery
• Software test development (python, LabView) will be advantage
• Hardware testing and debug experience will be advantage
