What’s the role?

You’ll step into the Global Investment Services team and help shape the future of investment products for customers across Australia. This full time role is based in either Sydney, Warrane Gadigal Country or Melbourne, Naarm Wurundjeri Country. You’ll take the lead on developing and launching new investment products, mapping customer experiences, designing processes that make life easier for everyone, and working closely with our partners and vendors to bring smart, meaningful ideas to life. You’ll guide product development from first spark to launch day, making sure every step is aligned to what our customers truly need.

What do I need?

• Experience bringing new wealth, investment, or broking products and client experiences to life

• Strong understanding of investment products and wealth or private banking

• Strong understanding of super, advisor platform, broking, or similar administration and custody services of managed funds and securities

• Experience working with technology teams on system migrations and design

• Experience mapping user needs and implementing systems to support processes for operations, compliance teams, or sales teams within a larger enterprise

• Confidence shaping product roadmaps and leading delivery

• Ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping detail front of mind

• Comfortable engaging a wide range of stakeholders and vendors
