Salary Range:
$98,900 to $120,000 USD Annually

  • Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.

What you will be doing:

You will serve as a senior technical leader, driving complex product development initiatives from concept through production. This role is onsite at our Utah location focusing on technical execution, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex engineering projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.

  • Apply advanced engineering design techniques and tools to develop and implement innovative solutions.

  • Develop and implement innovative product designs, processes, and testing procedures.

  • Perform complex engineering tasks with minimal guidance, leveraging extensive experience and expertise.

  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams without direct supervisory duties.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to ensure product feasibility, project objectives are met and compliance with standards.

  • Ensure adherence to development and manufacturing standards, including ISO and internal quality systems.

  • Maintain and improve engineering documentation, data management, and knowledge sharing practices.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in product development, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.



Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field.

  • 8+Years

What you need:

  • Proficiency in advanced engineering design techniques and tools.

  • Strong technical expertise in product development and engineering design.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority.

  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., SolidWorks, FEA, PLM systems).

  • Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodations.
