To succeed in this role you must have experience in and be able to:
Design and develop RingCentral Video product suite, ensuring they align with business and technical requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the underlying problems associated with integration challenges and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive innovative integration designs.
Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to continually improve integration methodologies.
Reimage the next generation of video communications experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in a Computer Science, Interaction Design, and/or Visual Communication Design discipline
5+ years of experience in digital product development such as mobile/desktop apps, web, and/or digital ecosystems
Experience on cross-functional design and development teams creating digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating discovery, interaction, and visual design skills for mobile and desktop/web applications
Experience leading projects end-to-end, using design rationale based on metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings, and presenting to leadership and executives
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, proficiency in both English speaking and writing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on global and remote teams
Advance skills in Figma
Ability to plan/facilitate workshops and group design activities
Passion for exploring and creating through design
Hands-on experience in using AI-powered tool in design works
