About the Role
The TikTok Shop Design team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Seller Platform team.
In this role, you will help shape the foundation of the seller experience—designing the tools, systems, and workflows that empower businesses to succeed on TikTok Shop. You’ll operate across ambiguity, define end-to-end experiences, and influence the long-term vision of our seller ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across complex product areas—from problem definition to high-fidelity execution and launch
- Translate ambiguous, high-level concepts into intuitive and impactful product experiences
- Drive product strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research
- Shape and evolve the seller platform vision, identifying opportunities for innovation and scale
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full product lifecycle—from discovery to iteration
- Elevate design quality by giving and receiving thoughtful, actionable feedback
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polished user experiences at launch
